Recently placed orders may be returned for any reason whatsoever and will be refunded to the extent of the purchase price for 45 days from the date of delivery receipt as posted by www.ups.com to customer if delivered by United Parcel Service (UPS) or, when an order is not delivered by UPS, the date of which the order was placed by the customer.
Authorization to return merchandise must be obtained from Nutritional
Therapeutics, Inc at 1-800-982-9158 or email to refund@ntfactor.com. Please
identify the invoice number and product that you wish to return. The returning
merchandise must be mailed to NTI, PO Box 5963, Hauppauge NY 11788.
All refunds will be paid in the same form as original payment.
